Even though crowdfundingroadmap / Fundingroadmap.com does not verify the legitimacy or veracity of the information entered in it by the entrepreneur (just like online Tax returns for example do not verify the truth fullness of information people send to the IRS) it does provide a framework for these issues to be collected, discussed and disclosed so due diligence can be done by current and future investors reducing the level of fraud and risk and providing a much better solution than doing this without the crowdfundingroadmap / fundingroadmap.com.
